Need help logging into Clever?

Most of the issues students have logging into Clever at home occur when a personal Gmail account is already signed into the browser (especially with Google Chrome!).

For iPad Login:

To log in on a mobile device, or an iPad, you will need to download the Clever App, Lexia Core 5 App, and ST Math App.

When you log into Clever, make sure to select "Irving Park- Distinctive Schools", not Chicago Public Schools. You are then able to log in using your username and password. Choose Google login, and use your student ID number @distinctiveschools.org.

Troubleshooting for PC or MAC login

Log Out of Your Browser:

1) Log out of all personal Google/Gmail accounts.
In the Chrome browser, multiple accounts may be logged in, so click the current account in the upper right->“Manage People”->then in the next window click the upper right three-dots “Remove This Person”. Do this for each account until no one is logged in anymore. See screen shot.

2) Now that no one is logged in, have the student go to the Distinctive Clever login screen: https://clever.com/in/distinctive-schools-chicago

3) Click “Log in with Google”, then enter the student’s credentials on the next screen.

4) You should now see the Clever landing page.
- The top icons are auto-log-in programs like ST Math and Lexia, clicking on those will not require putting in another password.
- Any other link not in the top row will require a separate login (like IXL, etc).
