

JW Kuebler | Principal
Mr. Kuebler has been leading the way at CICS Irving Park for the past eight years, and his passion for education and dedication to student success has shaped our school community. Mr. Kuebler believes that learning is a fundamental human right and should be pursued as such. This belief drives his mission to ensure that CICS Irving Park is a safe, joyful environment where every student can achieve grade-level standards and beyond.
Mr. Kuebler is deeply committed to lifelong learning –he was recently named an Accelerate Institute fellow, and the elected charter school representative for the Chicago Public Schools Principal Advisory Board. He is excited about the future of CICS Irving Park, and believes that by including teachers, students, and families, the school will continue to achieve remarkable success.
Annie Dillon | Assistant Principal
Ms. Dillon’s journey to becoming an assistant principal grew from a foundation in teaching that started at CICS Irving Park in 2010 and expanded through her work designing professional learning for teachers in Chicago. She returned to CICS Irving Park, eager to once again be a part of a school community, in 2022 as an instructional coach before becoming assistant principal in 2023.
Ms. Dillon's leadership at CICS Irving Park is characterized by her integrity and a commitment to high expectations, creating an environment where every student and staff member feels valued and supported. Her ability to build strong relationships and navigate challenges with grace makes her a true cornerstone of the school community. Drawing upon her experience in teacher leadership and innovation, Ms. Dillon fosters a culture of collaboration and growth where everyone’s perspective is respected. Her dedication, wisdom, and the genuine connections she forges make Irving Park a better place each and every day.
